A client with a high end but remote property used for weddings and film locations had a severe building defect but without recourse to legal remedy. A Property Investor was approached by their retail tenant – a National Charity – looking for assistance due to their reduction in income during Lockdown for Coronavirus. We negotiated and recommended a proposal to the Property Investor and passed this to the Charity.

A Private Landlord was approached by their tenant, looking for a rental reduction due to hardship caused by the Coronavirus pandemic. We analysed the situation, examined the various arguments, and proposed a solution to the Landlord. The proposal was put to the tenant and accepted.
