In Autumn 2020, we were engaged to look at expanding an existing business across Scotland. Contracted on a full-time basis, we designed a strategy, agreed a reporting schedule, and fixed the related costs, all to the client’s satisfaction. Extensive research was carried out to identify potentially suitable opportunities, and personal contacts were made, despite the restrictions of the Covid Pandemic. Amenably, sometimes protracted discussions were undertaken using the now familiar tools of Zoom etc, resulting in significant expansion of the Client Company. As the Contract term expired, the Principal expressed his satisfaction and his desire to continue a relationship with Montana Management.
